This can be an exciting and wonderful time! But planning a wedding, dealing with new family dynamics, and the normal fears that come with getting married, (Is this the right person? What if they change once we get married? Am I really ready for this? What if we end up like our parents? Etc.) can cause a lot of stress and anxiety during this time. Plus with the divorce around 40-50%, and many people deciding to give up on the idea of marriage all together, you might wonder if you will really be able to make it to the end. After all, no one plans on getting married just to get divorced. 

 

Premarital counseling can really help you deal with the stress and anxiety that can come up during your engagement. Although, the boot camp is 8 sessions, if you feel you would like to add additional sessions, I would most certainly accommodate your needs. We can always adjust as we go.
